Welcome to Bennett Counseling and Wellness. Our goal is to create a safe and encouraging environment, while providing you with the tools you need to begin the healing process. We believe in helping clients find the answers they already have access to and do this by joining with you to find your path to success. Maybe you have found yourself on our website because you are wanting to get started in therapy, or perhaps you are feeling uncertain about the therapy process and trying to learn if it is the right fit for you; either way-we are glad you are here.
